: The room was very clean. The beds were taken care of daily and properly.
Front desk personnel was kind and helpful throughout our stay.
The location was excellent for the things I needed to do and easy access when returning. The neighborhood is safe and has many amenities, such as pharmacy, restaurants, close to public transportation - including the metro, finding souvenirs was easy, there was a church nearby, as well as many government offices and banks.
: The towels were not changed daily.
The glasses provided were only replaced once. They actually placed the used glasses for re-use (which meant that we purchased bottled water to take vitamins and meds) until I spoke with room service person, who was new to us and not aware of prior days. Had to call for toilet paper at 5 in the morning, because we were left with half of a roll the day before with no added replacements. They brought 2 rolls promptly, after the call.
These 'mishaps' were important to me because I have never had to "throw towels on the floor" to get them changed. It was always a daily routine at other hotels.
One would just think that with 3 adult guests in a room, the remainder of the roll would not suffice for the next 24 hours.
I personally spent 3 days there. I had to have my room key re-set twice in 3 days.
My sister spent the full 10 days and had to request the key re-set multiple times also. My daughter required 2 re-sets in 3 days, also.
And another detail...the shower door was missing, so we had a permanently open shower.
